Go Healthy Dietetics & Nutrition was founded in spring 2011 by Accredited Practising Dietitian Katharina Zimmermann-Kah.

Healthy and appropriate nutrition goes hand in hand with healthy lifestyle choices. It is always worth to look at well-being from a nutritional viewpoint. There might not be a quick-fix solution but Go Healthy Dietetics & Nutrition strives to help you on your way to better health, more energy and well-being everyday.

Katharina offers one-on-one consultations in a warm and caring environment. Your concerns and goals are central to the recommendations. Small changes to your food choices or lifestyle might mean a big step towards your goal. Approved guidelines from the professional body of Dietitians form the basis of the consultations. Latest research and studies in nutrition and dietetics are taken into account to provide you with evidence-based and up-to-date recommendations.

Katharina is interested in whole foods and especially whole grains. One of Katharina’s passions is baking wholemeal breads, in particular sour dough rye bread. A recipe for sour dough bread can be found in the recipe section. She has great interest in organic food production and animal friendly standards in their care for food products.

She and her family strive to live after Werner Kollath’s maxim “Leave our food as natural as possible”.

Go Healthy Dietetics & Nutrition encourages healthy food choices and behaviour of children and adults, educates and consults clients on beneficial choices in food and lifestyle. Go Healthy Dietetics & Nutrition  applies evidence based recommendations that are in line with latest studies and research. Standard of practice is maintained through the continuous APD program, the framework to further develop standards by the profession.
